Andy Warhol was an American artist. He was known for his creative and colourful pop art prints. Some examples of his famous art include: Marilyn 1967 and Mao 1972.
Andy Warhol was born on August 6th 1928 and he had diseases that Chorea his parents came from Slovakia.Andy Warhol went to schenley high school and he did not have that much friends because he was quite and had shockingly pale skin and white - blonde hair.He loved to go to the movies and started a collection of celebrity autographed photos.Warhol graduated from high school and then went to Carnegie Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 1949 with a major in pictorial design.During the 1960s, Warhol began creating the paintings he is best known for today.Warhol painted large pictures of supermarket products and celebrities.Warhol found “The Factory” which was his studio.At the Factory, he was always around people. Some of these people were in films that he made, some were writers or artists, some were celebrities.He died in 1987 after a Gallbladder operation.
